"Stay far, FAR away from state farm, specifically this location! Brenda has too many things to juggle as a case manager to get policies right and then blames "the regional office" whenever something goes wrong that started with HER. She belittles you as a consumer when you actually hold knowledge and ask questions as opposing to "just going along with it" like 95% of people do. This office is a scam and she'll make you feel that it is you that is wrong when it is her. Keep your notes, your voice-mails and emails when dealing with them. That way when you can cite dates and conversations to prove them wrong! Theyre speechless! They come in handy in the future. Also, Angela is UNREACHABLE. Her name should not even be on this office. She's allegedly in florida often and doesn't ever take calls. Must be a nice gig!"
